Paul Oetken (See Profile) on Tuesday shot down what he called a "farfetched" attempt by plaintiffs attorneys to wrangle $6 million in fees for their work on the case, which was filed just two days after Citi became the first bank to see its executive pay plan rejected by a shareholder say-on-pay vote.
