The expansion brings the multimedia group’s overall footprint to 175,000 square feet in Fisher Brothers’ 44-story, 1.1-million-square-foot tower.
Univision, with more than 400 employees, has been a tenant at 605 Third Ave. since 1989 and a lease renewal continues the media group’s long-term commitment through to 2028. The Third Avenue building is the location of Univision’s executive offices and corporate functions such as finance, legal, human resources, communications, content distribution and sales.
