In 2004, the New York City office of Bingham McCutchen made a 15-year commitment to a program called “Say Yes to Education” and some 400 Harlem students throughout five kindergartens to provide the legal support necessary for inner-city families to maintain their focus on educational goals for their children and help students graduate from high school. If they achieve that milestone, Say Yes will pay their college tuition.

Seven years, 100 lawyers and hundreds of pro bono clients later, Bingham McCutchen has helped more than 200 families resolve distracting legal problems, including immigration, housing, education advocacy, criminal defense, wills, consumer debt and other matters.
