Retaining easy subway access to downtown Manhattan was a primary feature that boutique law firm Sheldon Lobel sought in a new office space.

Last week, Sheldon Lobel, which specializes in zoning, land use matters and real property, moved its office to 18 E. 41st St., between Madison and Fifth avenues. The new space is just around the corner from its former location at 9 W. 40th St., where the firm had been a tenant for about 18 years.
