Supreme Court Justice Angela G. Iannacci of Nassau County (See Profile) has been appointed to the Appellate Term, Second Department, by Chief Administrative Judge Ann Pfau. A graduate of Pace University School of Law, Justice Iannacci, 49, was first elected as a Family Court judge in 2004 and served in the model custody court and Integrated domestic violence part as an acting Supreme Court justice. She was elected to the Supreme Court in 2006, handling civil litigation including matrimonial, torts and guardianship matters. - Vesselin Mitev
Pattern Jury Instructions Now Available Online
Updates to the printed volumes of the Pattern Jury Instructions are now available online at www.nycourts.gov. New and revised civil charges, as well as other significant material, will be maintained on the site until the publication of the new volumes of the Pattern Jury Instructions, which occurs each December.
