ESTATE OF ANTOINETTA ZACCARDI, also known as ANTOINETTE ZACCARDI, Deceased—In this application by one of the decedent’s sons seeking the issuance of letters of administration to himself, there was no appearance in opposition. One of the decedent’s daughters is under a disability and the co-guardians of her person and property pursuant to Article 81 of the Mental Hygiene Law consent to the instant application. Under the circumstances, no guardian ad litem shall be appointed for her in this proceeding. If appropriate, a guardian ad litem will be appointed for that daughter in any future accounting or other proceeding.
