Attorneys with the Philadelphia-founded firm Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhoads on Tuesday entered their substitution as counsel for Sam Bankman-Fried in his civil cases involving the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodities Futures Trading Commission, replacing the New York-based firm Cohen & Gresser.

Montgomery McCracken partners Richard Simins and Jeremy Mishkin, who signed the substitution paperwork, did not immediately respond to requests for comment Wednesday.
