The presiding justice for the Appellate Division, Second Department announced that Darrell Joseph will officially take over as clerk for the Brooklyn-based, midlevel appeals court.
Joseph, whose appointment becomes effective on March 14, has served as acting clerk of the court since August 2023. He succeeds Maria Fasulo, who took the role in 2021 and who is now retired, according to her LinkedIn page.
