Anden Chow, who spent a decade with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York, knew the midmarket was where he wanted to end up when he went back to the private sector.

Chow, who recently joined the 43-attorney firm MoloLamken and who previously worked for Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, said he was drawn to the way some mid-market firms seemed to adjust more quickly to changing market trends than some of their Big Law counterparts.
