2024 started in an unsettling fashion for Major, Lindsey & Africa in-house recruiters Cara Bain and Allison Rosner, who were wracking their brains trying to figure out how to satisfy a challenging client.
“The client was throwing all kinds of curveballs our way and we oftentimes had to speak at all times of the day and all times of the night to figure out what our approach is going to be,” Rosner said.
