The City of New York has filed a $708 million lawsuit against 17 charter bus companies for transporting busloads of migrants to the city from Texas.
The complaint, filed Thursday in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeks an order compelling the companies to reimburse the city for the costs of providing shelter and services to those seeking asylum.
