Warner Bros. Discovery, CNN and other defendants are accused of employment discrimination in a new lawsuit that claims a Black producer was cast in a crime scene recreation on Forensic Files II—despite not being an actor—and that her life was endangered during filming.

Plaintiff Mireyah Davis, a production assistant, alleges she and two other black employees were cast in a recreation of a violent carjacking. The shoot took place at a gas station at night in Arverne, New York, and involved a prop gun, the suit alleges.
