Practice Profile: Randall T. Adams is a partner at Schulte Roth & Zabel. He focuses his practice on commercial and business disputes, shareholder activism litigation and securities class actions. His practice includes litigation relating to cryptocurrencies and other blockchain venture assets, executive compensation and short-swing trading disputes arising under Section 16(b) of the Exchange Act.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work:  A rising star at the firm, Adams was promoted to partner this year. He is co-chair of Schulte’s LGBTQ+ Affinity Group, which promotes a sense of community among members and raises awareness of challenges faced by LGBTQ+ people. He works to plan and execute the Group’s regular networking and recruiting events, along with planning the group’s cultural events, including Pride Month activities and hosting guest speakers at the firm. Adams and the group also advocate for LGBTQ+ persons through pro bono work.
