What are some of your proudest recent achievements? Three recent achievements immediately come to mind. First is my appointment as Managing Partner of DiCello Levitt's New York office, which showed trust and confidence in my ability to lead and manage.

Another major achievement was a positive decision by the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in our Platinum and Palladium Antitrust Litigation, allowing the case to move forward after eight years of litigation. The case alleges that several domestic and foreign precious metals trading institutions manipulated the futures markets for platinum and palladium. The Second Circuit overturned significant portions of the Southern District of New York's prior ruling dismissing the case, finding that exchange trader plaintiffs possessed antitrust standing because they "are the most efficient enforcers of the antitrust laws for that injury" and that their claims under the Commodity Exchange Act were not impermissibly extraterritorial.
