Twitter, X Corp. and Nexgen Facilities were hit with an employment lawsuit on Tuesday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York fifiled by Kakalec Law on behalf of 11 building service workers who worked at the social media platform’s Chelsea office.

The workers were allegedly laid off after Twitter terminated its contract with building services contractor Flagship Facility Services on Dec. 19, 2022, court papers state.
