The New York State Commission on Judicial Conduct said on Monday that Guilford Town Court Justice Jeremy L. Persons also drove a vehicle to and from court that contained inappropriate graphics and bumper stickers, and, from about December 2020 to about October 2021, was observed carrying a handgun inside or just outside the courthouse, in violation of his permit to carry.
