One of the 10 straphangers wounded during an April shooting spree on a subway train in Brooklyn’s Sunset Park has retained personal injury firm Morgan & Morgan to hold the Metropolitan Transportation Authority accountable for the attack.

The firm is representing a man who was shot in the leg during the morning rush hour on April 12 on a Manhattan-bound N train as it passed from the 59th Street stop to 36th Street.
