The Queens District Attorney’s office announced on Wednesday that a grand jury has handed up an indictment for a 25-year-old woman accused of killing attorney JinJin (Jim) Li, whose employees are now working to wind down his immigration practice.

XiaoNing Zhang, who had been seeking pro bono legal services from Li when he was stabbed to death in his law office in Flushing at just before noon on March 14, was arraigned on murder and weapons possession charges, according to a news release from the Queens DA.
