Weil, Gotshal & Manges saw its revenue increase by 12% to $1.86 billion and its net income shoot up 18.2% to $940 million as the firm rode a strong balance of practice areas and geographies to its most profitable year ever. 

Revenue per lawyer was up 7.4% to $1.57 million while the firm’s profits per equity partner jumped 14.8% to $5.18 million, the first time the firm has crossed the $5 million threshold.
