New York Chief Judge Janet DiFiore on Monday announced that Albany County Family Court Judge Richard Rivera will co-chair the Franklin H. Williams Judicial Commission, which focuses on racial and ethnic equity, diversity and inclusion for litigants and employees in the New York court system.
