Real estate attorney Mitchell Kossoff has reached a plea agreement with the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office and is expected to surrender for arrest within weeks, prosecutors informed a Southern District of New York bankruptcy judge in a letter Tuesday.

The letter was filed one day after U.S. Bankruptcy Judge David S. Jones found Kossoff to be in civil contempt for his failure to provide documents as the responsible officer of the debtor, the law firm Kossoff PLLC.
