Practice Profile: A former clerk to Justice Anthony Kennedy, then-Judge Brett Kavanaugh (D.C. Cir.), and Judge Gary Feinerman (N.D. Ill.), Gregory Dubinsky specializes in complex commercial cases in trial and appellate postures. He has actively represented parties before the U.S. Supreme Court and other appellate courts in political, civil rights, and First Amendment disputes.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: As part of his active pro bono practice, Greg recently represented an immigrant in a petition for review before the Second Circuit, securing the first successful bail motion for a civil immigration detainee in the Second Circuit. Previously, Greg spent time as a Yale Kirby Simon Fellow working for an international organization in Kosovo on matters involving human rights and the rule of law.
