Counsel at Wigdor on Monday removed a petition for a temporary restraining order targeting former Fox News producer Andrea Mackris to New York Eastern District Court. The petition, the second filed by Hoguet Newman Regal & Kenney on behalf of ex-Fox News commentator Bill O’Reilly, contends that the defendant has breached a 2004 settlement agreement by disclosing details of her sexual harassment case against O’Reilly in an interview with the Daily Beast. The case is 2:21-cv-04466, O’Reilly v. Mackris.
