Jonathan Stoler and Brian D. Murphy of Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton have stepped in as defense counsel to mobile advertising solutions company Amobee Inc. in a pending class action over alleged wage-and-hour violations. The case, for unpaid overtime wages, was filed May 17 in New York Southern District Court by Aidala, Bertuna & Kamins. The case, assigned to U.S. District Judge Vernon S. Broderick, is 1:21-cv-04409, Kanchanawong et al. v. Amobee Inc.
