Scott + Scott filed a securities class action Wednesday in New York Southern District Court against Chinese e-vapor company RLX Technology Inc., Citigroup Global Markets and other defendants. The suit alleges that RLX’s initial public offering registration statement contained false statements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:21-cv-05125, Garnett v. Wang et al.
