For the first time in months, the Appellate Division, First Department is set to resume in-person oral arguments, beginning next week on April 21.
In an announcement, the busy intermediate state appellate court said it will begin holding arguments in person again, despite the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, on Wednesdays only for its May and June 2021 terms.
