Allen & Overy has boosted its New York base with the hire of Baker McKenzie New York transactional head Nicholas Marchica, according to an announcement by A&O on Monday.
Marchica had been a partner at Baker McKenzie for just under five years, and acted as the chair of the firm’s transactional practice group in New York.
