Acting U.S. Attorney Seth DuCharme of the Eastern District of New York on Monday announced that Sam Nitze will be the office’s chief of the Public Integrity Section, effective immediately.
Nitze was named to replace Nathan Reilly, who became senior litigation counsel to the office’s Civil Rights Section on Sept. 1.
