Arnstein & Lehr (Chicago): Jeremy Waitzman and Jay Rosen join the firms corporate transaction and counseling practice group as associates. Waitzman joins the firms Chicago office and will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private placement investments, financial transactions and software licensing. Previously, Waitzman was an associate at Synergy Law Group. He received his J.D. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2003. Rosen joins the firms Miami office and will focus on general, corporate and securities law. Previously, Rosen was an associate at Carlton Fields. He received his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2002.
