Business and legal management software provider Aderant introduced the AI-powered outside counsel guideline (OCG) management tool called Onyx on Wednesday. The tool will officially launch at the Aderant Momentum Conference in May.
Onyx’s launch comes around a year after a host of acquisitions and product launches made by Aderant. In January 2022, the company acquired a provider of e-filing, calendaring and docketing solutions, American Legalnet (ALN) while in August 2022, Aderant also bought viGlobal, a people management software provider.
