Business and legal software company Aderant announced Wednesday it has acquired American Legalnet (ALN), a provider of e-filing, calendaring and docketing solutions for the legal industry.
The acquisition is set to expand Aderant’s offerings, which currently includes practice, case and knowledge management, as well as calendaring, docketing, time entry and e-billing tools, among other products.
