As more firms are creating defined programs for getting people eased back into office life, Reed Smith on Thursday announced its plans for returning to the office in its U.S. locations, with lawyers and most staff expected to be in the office on a regular basis, even if not full-time, starting Sept. 7.

Along with that news, the firm has rolled out a flexible work policy for attorneys and staff firmwide and has set up a program to help people ease back into the office environment. The firm also said it’s “strongly” encouraging that people get the COVID-19 vaccine, but it is not required.
