Practice Profile: Meaghan Gragg’s practice focuses on complex disputes, both in court and before arbitral tribunals. Meaghan has worked with international clients on cross-border disputes, and has extensive experience in financial institution litigation, insolvency-related litigation and the liquidation of brokerage firms. She also has experience in conducting and advising clients on internal investigations. Throughout her career, she has featured prominently in significant and high-profile matters, including the representation of the trustee for the broker-dealer liquidations of Lehman Brothers and MF Global.

Leadership, Pro Bono and Civic Work: Meaghan dedicates significant time to pro bono work, focusing on representing individuals seeking asylum in the United States due to sexual orientation and gender identity persecution. To date, Meaghan has successfully represented five such clients and is currently representing another two.
