Sotera Health Co., a provider of medical sterilization and lab testing services, was sued by a former executive Saturday in Delaware Court of Chancery. The lawsuit was filed by Ellis George Cipolline O’Brien Annaguey and Abrams & Bayliss LLP on behalf of Kurt M. Roth, Solera’s former senior vice president of corporate development and strategy. Roth is seeking indemnification and advancement of legal fees in connection with hundreds of lawsuits on behalf of plaintiffs alleging harmful exposure to ethylene oxide. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 2023-0067, Kurt M. Roth v. Sotera Health Company.
