Morris, Nichols, Arsht & Tunnell and the Tensegrity Law Group filed a patent infringement lawsuit Tuesday in Delaware District Court on behalf of 10X Genomics Inc., an innovator of genomics and sequencing technologies, and President and Fellows of Harvard College. The complaint, targeting genomics company Vizgen Inc., asserts five patents related to methods of making a three-dimensional matrix of nucleic acids. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-00595, 10X Genomics, Inc. et al v. Vizgen, Inc.
