A Delaware business executive has been sentenced to a year and a half in federal prison for bribing an Amtrak official to award contracts to his manufacturing firm.
In addition the prison term, U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania sentenced defendant Donald Scott Crothers to three years of supervised release. Crothers is scheduled for incarceration at the end of September.
