The American Bar Association has approved the Charleston School of Law’s request to convert to a nonprofit school, leaving only one for-profit ABA-accredited law school.
The notice states that the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar of the ABA “acquiesced” in the school’s application, which was filed in October.
