A man and his 2-year-old son traveled from Atlanta to their native Argentina in early October after being reunited about a year after the boy’s mother took him to the U.S. without the father’s consent.
Mothers in Jamaica and Japan also were reunited with their children in Atlanta this year with the help of an international program involving pro bono lawyers.
