As Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee weighs evidence on whether to disqualify the chief prosecutors in the Georgia election interference case, he’ll be examining the credibility of a special prosecutor’s former law firm partner and whether his testimony is subject to attorney-client privilege.

That testimony, by Atlanta attorney Terrence Bradley, may be critical to McAfee’s decision, as Bradley seemingly confirmed some details on Friday that could indicate that special prosecutor Nathan Wade began a relationship with District Attorney Fani Willis before he was hired by the county.
