MS Foods LLC and Mahmood Saifie were slapped with a trademark infringement lawsuit on Sept. 12 in Georgia Northern District Court for claims arising from a franchising dispute. The complaint, which arises from the allegedly unauthorized use of Hooters’ trademarks following the termination of a franchising agreement, was filed by Caiola & Rose on behalf of Hooters of America Franchising LLC and HI Limited Partnership HOA IP GP LLC. The case is 1:23-cv-04096, HOA Franchising, LLC v. MS Foods, LLC.
