Capital One Auto Finance, CarMax Auto Finance and other defendants were sued Tuesday in Georgia Southern District Court. The suit, for claims under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, was brought pro se by James Lamont Taylor. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00094, Taylor v. CarMax Auto Finance / Auto Superstore et al.
