Equifax was slapped with a lawsuit Wednesday in Georgia Middle District Court over alleged breaches of consumer credit laws. The suit was filed pro se by Clinton L. Johnson. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 5:22-cv-00227, Johnson v. Equifax.
