Fox Rothschild filed a trade secret lawsuit Friday in Georgia Northern District Court on behalf of Savista, a provider of revenue cycle management services in the health care sector. The complaint takes aim at the plaintiff’s former marketing director for alleged breach of non-compete and confidentiality agreements. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:22-cv-01384, Savista, LLC et al v. Ball.
