Equifax and PennyMac Financial Services were sued Thursday in Georgia Northern District Court for claims under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. The lawsuit was filed by Berry & Associates and Armor Law on behalf of Eric Duane Kennington. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendants. The case is 1:22-cv-00329, Kennington v. Equifax Information Services LLC et al.
