The complaint, filed by Ashby | Thelen | Lowry on behalf of Robert W. Ziadie, accuses Mile Hi of manufacturing a defective heater contained within a 20-gallon liquor still. The case is 1:22-cv-00125, Ziadie v. Kermit’s Products, LLC.
