Attorneys at Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial on Wednesday removed a product liability lawsuit against Mile Hi Distilling to Georgia Northern District Court. The complaint, filed by Ashby | Thelen | Lowry on behalf of Robert W. Ziadie, accuses Mile Hi of manufacturing a defective heater contained within a 20 gallon stiller. The case is 1:22-cv-00125, Ziadie v. Kermit's Products, LLC.
