Starbucks was slapped with an age discrimination class action Monday in Georgia Northern District Court. The suit, filed by Feldman Legal Group, accuses Starbucks of systematically pushing out older workers and favoring younger job applicants for store manager positions. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 1:21-cv-04869, Oden v. Starbucks Corporation.
