The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit issued a one-sentence order Monday evening freezing action on Georgia’s blocked abortion ban until the U.S. Supreme Court decides on another one.
“We stay this appeal pending a decision of the Supreme Court of the United States in Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization, No. 19-1392 (2021),” the order said.
