NOTICE The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida, announces the 2022-2023 Instructional Materials Adoption Final Evaluation January 12-14, 2022 Paul Bell Middle School 11800 NE 2ND Street Miami, FL 33182

PURPOSE: The Instructional Materials Adoption Review Committees will convene to present their recommendation for adoption of instructional materials for the following courses and unit of study:

Advanced Placement (Grades 9-12)

• AP Spanish Language and Culture Human Reproduction and Disease Education (Grades 6-12)

• Middle School Committee, Grades 6-8

• High School Committee, Grades 9-12 K-12 Mathematics:

Elementary Mathematics (Grades K-5)

• Elementary Mathematics

• Elementary Mathematics - Accelerated

• Foundational Skills in Mathematics Secondary Mathematics (Grades 6-12)

• Middle School Mathematics, Grades 6-8

• Middle School Mathematics - Accelerated, Grades 6-8

• Foundational Skills in Mathematics, Grades 6-8

• iPrep Mathematics, Grades 6-8

• Algebra 1

• Geometry

• Algebra 2

• Probability and Statistics with Honors

• Mathematics for College Algebra

• Mathematics for College Statistics

• Precalculus Honors

• Calculus Honors

• Mathematics for Data and Financial Literacy

• Foundational Skills in Mathematics Senior staff will receive the recommendations made by the Instructional Materials Adoption Review Committees. Implementation of the District adopted programs will occur in the 2022-2023 school year pending School Board approval and adequate funding.

All committee meetings are open to the public; the meetings will take place as indicated next to each date.

A School Board Public Hearing to receive comments on the instructional materials recommended for adoption will be held on March 30, 2022, at 10:00 a.m., in the School Board Administration Building (SBAB) Auditorium, pending Board approval.
