THE SCHOOL BOARD NOTICE

The School Board of Miami-Dade County, Florida is considering instructional materials for adoption in the following subject areas for the 2020-2021 school year:

Career & Technical Education (Grades 6-12)

• Accounting Applications 1

• Applied Engineering Technology 1

• Criminal Justice Operations 1Advanced Placement (Grades 9-12)

• AP Art History

• AP Computer Science Principles

• AP Physics C: Mechanics

• AP PsychologyAccess to student editions of the instructional materials will be available online beginning February 19, 2020, via http://im.dadeschools.net/

A School Board Public Hearing to receive comments on the instructional materials recommended for adoption will be held on March 11, 2020, at 10:00 a.m., in the School Board Administration Building (SBAB) Auditorium, pending Board approval. Should the date of this hearing be changed, a new advertisement will be issued providing notice of the new hearing date.
